Building 4 at St Paul’s Square in Liverpool is an outstanding project that is differentiated from others by its use of high selective neutral coating, outstanding glass flatness, which is achieved by tempering quality, and low reflection parameters. Impressive sizes of glass units up to 2.7m*3.5m and stepped edges in all four sides for fixing.

Project description:

St Paul's Square is a part of the new commercial business district in Liverpool as part of the European City of Culture.

The development is used a mixed spacer for offices, retail, cafes, and restaurant in the centre of Liverpool.

It is worth to mention that St. Paul’s Square is a BREEAM certified eight storey Class A office with a floor area of ​​10.000 sq.m., and GLASSBEL being ISO14001 certified helped the client to achieve this requirement.

The outstanding feature of this project are large-scale insulated glass units with the use of heat strengthened high selective coated glass in 10mm and 12mm thickness.

In order to hide the intermediate spandrel floors, enameled glass  was used to achieve an all-glass façade appearance and unitized curtain wall system.
