Announcement of new project - Coopers Cross, Dublin

We are delighted to announce one of our newest projects in Dublin - Coopers Cross. Total area of glazing is around 14 000 sqm.

The buildings have been designed for maximum efficiency and flexibility with bright, open floorplates and will target the highest certification and sustainability standards, including NZEB, LEED Platinum, BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum.

The highest efficiency of the façade will be achieve with big double glazed units, oversized, with very neutral triple silver coating.
