One Vanderbilt Place

One of the largest building projects underway in New York City—One Vanderbilt Place, a 67-floor skyscraper being built at the corner of 42nd Street and Vanderbilt Avenue in midtown Manhattan, just west of Grand Central Station.

Interesting fact that the 58th floor will have an “infinity room” with 40-foot-high ceilings, while an outdoor terrace on the 59th floor will offer food and beverages. Snøhetta is designing, while Kenzo Digital is creating an immersive experience.
