The updates from the Talent Pool Academy !

After diligent efforts, GLASSBEL participants have successfully finished up and presented two remarkable projects that are aimed at strengthening communication channels at all levels of the company, enriching the culture of GLASSBEL and involving each member in progressive initiatives. On a long run, the projects will help to improve the quality of our service, innovate new products, and foster communication with our stakeholders.

The mentor of the program was amazing Rima Vanagė, who is an expert in organizational behavior, motivational speaker, and associate professor of partnership at Vilnius University.

Describing the experience with GLASSBEL, she said, „GLASSBEL is like a big growing family where there‘s everything from love to arguments, just as in a real family – the family that dreams big.“

The presentations were followed up with a graduation ceremony from the Talent Pool. We congratulated our talented graduates with delicious cake and sparkling champagne.
