Project description
7 storey office building Arka in Kaunas has high energy efficiency rating of A+. It was designed to meet the highest requirements, be convenient and comfortable for people that work there.
Architect’s vision of the façade was implemented using digitally printed pattern of white strips. The pattern was divided into separate dots in order to save clear view from inside but from outside the patter is visible. Energy efficient triple glazed units contains high selective and Low E coatings.
