New Grade A development, One South County in Dublin, provides its occupants unique location and highly sustainable design with LEED Gold accreditation.
The style of prestigious 5-storey office building is contemporary and reflects the hi-tech nature of the environment. The offices spaces are combined with external, penthouse roof garden and terraces.
Fully glazed façade is performed by double glazing units with multifunctional HP Silver 43/31 coating, inner laminated and heat strengthened pane with silk-printing. The part of units is used for point-fixing system, the rest are installed in structural facade system.
