New mixed-use development, for residential and educational use results in a project with a variety of external spaces for the school and a large communal terrace for the residents. It will provide up to 420 places and will be a high quality new educational facility.

The project’s feature is triple glazed units with all glasses fully tempered, outer and inner are with heat soak test. All units are translucent due to using of Satinovo glass from Saint-Gobain. Outer pane is Cool-Lite SKN 154, inner pane is with Low E coating, that results in high energy efficiency performances.
