69 Park Lane is the refurbishment of office space in the heart of Croydon. For double glazed units warm spacers with silicone sealing were used. Extra selective Sunguard SNX 60 HT coating were used to achieve low g-value. Inner pane decorated with grey RAL colored enameling.
