Prisma is a part of a new extension of the central city. It was awarded as Miljöbyggnad guld. Miljöbyggnad is Sweden's green building certification system and today Miljöbyggnad has over 1500 buildings certified. A building's environmental certification means that the environmental performance of a building is verified by a third party by measuring a total of sixteen different values. The system is owned and developed by Sweden's largest green building organization, the Sweden Green Building Council. The main feature of the poject is shaped enamelled triple glazed insulated glass units in combination with SNX 50 Guardian coating. Shaped enamelled IGU's create facetted facades.
