Spencer Place is 6 buildings united in common office and leisure space, which includes Grade A workspace, hotel, gym and restaurants. Spencer Place located at the intersection of many transport communications. It is the largest façade glazing project in Ireland. River-facing corrugated sparkling second skin façade is made from oversized laminated panes, all customized shapes and complex cut outs, low-iron glass, Sentry Glas interlayer.
