This is the first big GLASSBEL project in the USA. The glazing is performed by double glazing units, both clear and spandrel with sound control properties. Some units are with border frit.

Project description
39-floor rental tower at 515 West 36th Street designed by Ismael Leyva Architects is enclosed in an all-glass reflective curtain wall. The complex includes parking, retail and a community facility along the lower floors and 250 rental apartments above.
Glazing solution for the tower is performed by double glazing units with Silver 43/41 coating from Guardian range, both clear and spandrel. Acoustic comfort inside the living space will be provided by using of soundproof laminated panes.
