West Grove is the second phase of Lendlease’s Elephant Park regeneration project, which is located on the junction of Walworth Road and Heygate Street in Elephant & Castle. This phase includes 593 homes, new retail on Walworth Road, a new central shopping street and Walworth Square. Each building has its own character, while retaining a timeless and classic aesthetic. All buildings within West Grove achieve the high standards set by the Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4, which means they are designed to be resource-efficient and built to last.
The project feature is double glazing units with outer and inner panes laminated and heat strengthened that meets high security standard. Low E coating provides necessary thermal comfort inside the living spaces.
