Heathrow Airport in London is one of the busiest international airports. Its four terminals service more than 180 flights from more than 90 countries. Millions of people make transfers there every year.

This project is important to GLASSBEL since it introduced a new direction in our product line: interior glazing for design ideas. We have supplied enameled glass for Heathrow Airport that was used for wall decoration inside the terminal. The main advantage of such a solution is the possibility to use customized colors in RAL or NCS palette, which can be applied to glass panels up to JUMBO size. Further to that the density of color layers can be controlled depending on light transmission figures required to be achieved.
